Aquesta reforma, que va entrar en vigor el 12 de desembre de 2024, amplia les mesures existents, facilitant la inserci\u00f3 laboral de joves menors de trenta anys i reactivant a aturats m\u00e9s grans de quaranta-cinc anys.<\/p>\n<p>Destaquem les principals novetats<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Programes T\u00e0ndEM: ocupaci\u00f3 i formaci\u00f3 experiencial<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La reforma canvia de nom els <strong>&#8220;Programes experiencials d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 i formaci\u00f3&#8221;<\/strong> com a <strong>&#8220;Programes T\u00e0ndEM&#8221;<\/strong>, alineant-los amb el <strong>Component 23 del Pla de Recuperaci\u00f3, Transformaci\u00f3 i Resili\u00e8ncia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El canvi no \u00e9s merament formal, sin\u00f3 que refor\u00e7a la consolidaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests programes com una eina fonamental per a combinar formaci\u00f3 pr\u00e0ctica i desenvolupament professional, en sintonia amb els objectius europeus d&#8217;ocupabilitat juvenil i modernitzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Inclusi\u00f3 de joves menors de trenta anys en programes d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Un dels canvis m\u00e9s rellevants \u00e9s l&#8217;ampliaci\u00f3 del col\u00b7lectiu beneficiari. Ara, els<strong> joves menors de trenta anys<\/strong> se sumen als <strong>m\u00e9s grans de quaranta-cinc anys <\/strong>com a destinataris prioritaris dels programes d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest ajust t\u00e9 com a objectiu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prevenir la <strong>discriminaci\u00f3 per edat<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Impulsar pol\u00edtiques inclusives que afavoreixin la incorporaci\u00f3 de joves al mercat laboral.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Reactivaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aturats m\u00e9s grans de quaranta-cinc anys<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Es duu a terme la <strong>reactivaci\u00f3 laboral de persones desocupades m\u00e9s grans de quaranta-cinc anys<\/strong>. Es detallen accions espec\u00edfiques de<strong> pol\u00edtiques actives d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3<\/strong> i incentius econ\u00f2mics per a fomentar la seva contractaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest enfocament garanteix un suport m\u00e9s efectiu a un col\u00b7lectiu que, hist\u00f2ricament, enfronta m\u00e9s dificultats d&#8217;inserci\u00f3 laboral.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Programes espec\u00edfics per a joves menors de trenta anys<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>S&#8217;estableixen mesures concretes per a joves desocupats menors de trenta anys, organitzades en dos programes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Projectes de primera experi\u00e8ncia professional en administracions p\u00fabliques<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contractes <strong>formatius<\/strong> d&#8217;entre <strong>10 i 12 mesos<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Prefer\u00e8ncia en sectors estrat\u00e8gics: <strong>transici\u00f3 ecol\u00f2gica, digitalitzaci\u00f3, cohesi\u00f3 social i desenvolupament local rural<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Subvencions que cobreixen costos salarials i un suport addicional de<strong> 215 euros mensuals<\/strong> per a tutories durant els tres primers mesos.<\/li>\n<li>Acompanyament professional a trav\u00e9s de <strong>tutories i orientadors dels serveis p\u00fablics d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Projectes Investigo<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contractes laborals d<strong>&#8216;almenys dotze mesos <\/strong>en <strong>R+D+I<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritat en sectors com a e<strong>conomia verda, digitalitzaci\u00f3, data science i sanitat<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Exclusi\u00f3 de joves que hagin treballat en la mateixa entitat durant els <strong>\u00faltims sis mesos.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tots dos programes busquen oferir oportunitats laborals de qualitat, promovent el desenvolupament de compet\u00e8ncies professionals en \u00e0rees clau per a l&#8217;economia actual.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Definici\u00f3 de beneficiaris i ajudes complement\u00e0ries<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Es detallen els beneficiaris d&#8217;aquestes subvencions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Administracions p\u00fabliques<\/strong> i entitats del sector p\u00fablic (per als projectes de primera experi\u00e8ncia).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Universitats, centres tecnol\u00f2gics, fundacions i empreses innovadores <\/strong>(per als projectes Investigo).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Joves contractats <\/strong>que resideixin en una prov\u00edncia o illa distinta al lloc de treball podran accedir a<strong> ajudes al despla\u00e7ament<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-12776\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/pexels-photo-8872211-1720598314_1720600683image-300x167.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"167\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/pexels-photo-8872211-1720598314_1720600683image-300x167.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/pexels-photo-8872211-1720598314_1720600683image-768x427.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/pexels-photo-8872211-1720598314_1720600683image-600x333.jpeg 600w, https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/pexels-photo-8872211-1720598314_1720600683image.jpeg 810w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><em>Som assessors laborals i de la Seguretat Social.
