Tamb\u00e9 el podr\u00e0 exercitar en la promoci\u00f3 per donar acc\u00e9s i facilitar immobles que es declari de protecci\u00f3 oficial.<\/p>\n<h3>Es crea el Registre de grans tenidors d&#8217;habitatge<\/h3>\n<p>Es crea el Registre de persones grans tenidors d\u2019habitatge, amb car\u00e0cter administratiu, que dep\u00e8n de l\u2019Ag\u00e8ncia de l\u2019Habitatge de Catalunya, en el que han d\u2019inscriure\u2019s les persones jur\u00eddiques que siguin grans tenidors, que hauran de comunicar la condici\u00f3 de gran tenidor i el nombre d\u2019habitatges que siguin titulars<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 estan subjectes al dret de tempteig i retracte de l&#8217;Administraci\u00f3 de la Generalitat, la transmissi\u00f3 de qualsevol habitatge situat en una zona declarada mercat residencial tensionat que sigui propietat d&#8217;un gran tenidor persona jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n<p>Mentre no estigui en marxa el\u00a0 Registre de persones grans tenidores d&#8217;habitatge, les persones jur\u00eddiques que vulguin transmetre habitatges situats en zona declarada tensionada hauran d&#8217;acreditar mitjan\u00e7ant la certificaci\u00f3 registral el nombre d&#8217;habitatges que tenen en el moment de formalitzar l&#8217;escriptura de compravenda.<\/p>\n<h3>Preus m\u00e0xims dels habitatges de protecci\u00f3 oficial en zones de mercat residencial tensionat<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p>En les zones en que sigui aplicable el sistema de determinaci\u00f3 de preus m\u00e0xims de venda i rendes, els habitatges amb protecci\u00f3 oficial se subjecten als preus i a les rendes m\u00e0ximes per metre quadrat de superf\u00edcie \u00fatil seg\u00fcent:<strong><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"safe---anchor---wc\" href=\"https:\/\/apigirona.us6.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=c9fec421edc4397c1b3515da6&amp;id=8d25a2560d&amp;e=1758055e75\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mcusercontent.com\/c9fec421edc4397c1b3515da6\/images\/9ac0d77b-94da-c7c9-4624-276f8e185fcc.png\" width=\"400\" height=\"183\" data-file-id=\"2182516\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-12801\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/pexels-photo-443383-1719994046_1720000663image-300x167.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"167\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/pexels-photo-443383-1719994046_1720000663image-300x167.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/pexels-photo-443383-1719994046_1720000663image-768x427.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/pexels-photo-443383-1719994046_1720000663image-600x333.jpeg 600w, https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/pexels-photo-443383-1719994046_1720000663image.jpeg 810w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><em>Som Agents immobiliaris, API i Administradors de finques.
