Protocol i guia de bones pr\u00e0ctiques per a establiments de comer\u00e7"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"summary\">\n<p>El Ministeri de Sanitat ha publicat un protocol amb un compendi de mesures de seguretat que serveix com a guia de bones pr\u00e0ctiques, que compr\u00e8n mesures generals d&#8217;higiene i\/o protecci\u00f3 dels treballadors, en l&#8217;establiment, dels clients i en els sistemes de climatitzaci\u00f3 i ventilaci\u00f3. Destaquem:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"content\">\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Mesures generals d&#8217;higiene i\/o protecci\u00f3 dels treballadors<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No es podran incorporar als seus llocs de treball els seg\u00fcents treballadors:\n<ul>\n<li>Treballadors que en el moment de la reobertura estiguin en a\u00efllament o amb s\u00edmptomes de la COVID-19<\/li>\n<li>Treballadors sense s\u00edmptomes per\u00f2 que es trobin en quarantena domicili\u00e0ria amb una persona amb s\u00edmptomes o diagnosticada amb COVID-19.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Si el treballador t\u00e9 sospites d&#8217;haver contret la malaltia, haur\u00e0 de passar un reconeixement previ espec\u00edfic. A m\u00e9s, l&#8217;empresari s&#8217;assegurar\u00e0 que tots els treballadors comptin amb equips de protecci\u00f3 individual (EPI) adequats al nivell de risc i que tinguin permanentment a la seva disposici\u00f3 gels hidroalcoh\u00f2lics. L&#8217;\u00fas de m\u00e0scares ser\u00e0 recomanat quan no es pugui garantir la dist\u00e0ncia de seguretat interpersonal de 2 metres. Aix\u00ed mateix s&#8217;indica que tot el personal haur\u00e0 d&#8217;estar format i informat sobre el correcte \u00fas dels citats equips de protecci\u00f3. <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">(Atenci\u00f3, es parla que a partir de dem\u00e0 l&#8217;\u00fas de m\u00e0scares passi a ser obligatori quan no es pugui mantenir la dist\u00e0ncia de seguretat).<\/span><\/li>\n<li>S&#8217;haur\u00e0 d&#8217;evitar el contacte estret i mantenir una dist\u00e0ncia m\u00ednima de dos metres. S&#8217;haur\u00e0 d&#8217;eliminar o clausurar en els llocs de feina aparells d&#8217;\u00fas com\u00fa com assortidors d&#8217;aigua, cafeteres, neveres, microones, etc. Tamb\u00e9 es donen indicacions espec\u00edfiques per a la roba de feina i els vestidors.<\/li>\n<li>Per a m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3, es pot consultar el<em> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mscbs.gob.es\/profesionales\/saludPublica\/ccayes\/alertasActual\/nCov-China\/documentos\/PrevencionRRLL_COVID-19.pdf\">web del Ministeri de Sanitat<\/a><\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Mesures d&#8217;higiene i protecci\u00f3 en l&#8217;establiment: <\/strong><\/span>Cada local haur\u00e0 d&#8217;establir un protocol de neteja. Els establiments que obrin al p\u00fablic realitzaran dues vegades al dia una neteja i desinfecci\u00f3 de les instal\u00b7lacions. A m\u00e9s, s&#8217;hauran de col\u00b7locar dispensadors de gel hidroalcoh\u00f2lic i no es podran usar els lavabos dels establiments comercials, entre altres indicacions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Mesures de protecci\u00f3 espec\u00edfiques en els sistemes de climatitzaci\u00f3 i ventilaci\u00f3<\/span>: <\/strong>S&#8217;haur\u00e0 de realitzar una revisi\u00f3 de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de climatitzaci\u00f3 abans de la reobertura i augmentar la ventilaci\u00f3 entre altres mesures espec\u00edfiques.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Mesures organitzatives<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>S&#8217;haur\u00e0 d&#8217;establir un pla organitzatiu on es detallin els procediments d&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 del personal (propi i ali\u00e8), la relaci\u00f3 de material de protecci\u00f3 i neteja necessari en cada zona del centre o els centres de treball i les mesures establertes o recomanacions per als treballadors i els clients. A m\u00e9s, s&#8217;establir\u00e0 un pla de neteja i desinfecci\u00f3 on es recullin les mesures de control d&#8217;higiene de forma estructurada i amb atribuci\u00f3 de compet\u00e8ncies.<\/li>\n<li>Es limitar\u00e0 el nombre de treballadors coincidents. A m\u00e9s, en la disposici\u00f3 dels llocs de feina, s&#8217;haur\u00e0 de garantir la possibilitat de mantenir les dist\u00e0ncies de seguretat interpersonal de 2 metres. En cas que no sigui possible, s&#8217;adoptar\u00e0 l&#8217;\u00fas de m\u00e0scares.<\/li>\n<li>S&#8217;haur\u00e0 de facilitar informaci\u00f3 i formaci\u00f3 al personal en mat\u00e8ria d&#8217;higiene enfront de la COVID-19. A m\u00e9s, com que un dels s\u00edmptomes de la COVID-19 \u00e9s la febre alta, es recomana als treballadors que es realitzin un control diari de la temperatura abans de sortir del seu habitatge i, en cas de tenir m\u00e9s de 37.5 graus, que no acudeixin a la feina i que ho notifiquin a la seva empresa, trucant al contacte m\u00e8dic habilitat per la companyia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Forma d&#8217;actuar en cas de personal infectat o de risc<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A manera d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica sobre COVID-19 s&#8217;indica que:\n<ul>\n<li>Els s\u00edmptomes de la COVID-19 s\u00f3n tos, febre i dificultat respirat\u00f2ria principalment i dolor muscular i de cap en alguns casos.<\/li>\n<li>El 80% dels casos presenten s\u00edmptomes lleus i el per\u00edode d&#8217;incubaci\u00f3 \u00e9s de 2-14 dies. El 50% dels casos comen\u00e7a a presentar s\u00edmptomes a 5 dies des de l&#8217;encomanament.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Si un treballador comenc\u00e9s a tenir s\u00edmptomes compatibles amb la malaltia, haur\u00e0 de contactar immediatament amb el tel\u00e8fon habilitat per a aix\u00f2 o centre de salut corresponents. El treballador abandonar\u00e0 el seu lloc de feina fins que la seva situaci\u00f3 m\u00e8dica pugui ser valorada, d&#8217;altra banda l&#8217;empresa haur\u00e0 de notificar-ho al servei de prevenci\u00f3. A m\u00e9s, l&#8217;empresa haur\u00e0 de tenir implementat un protocol d&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 per a aquests casos. I si algun treballador correspongu\u00e9s al &#8220;perfil de risc&#8221; (embar\u00e0s, patologies cr\u00f2niques o edat), es procedir\u00e0 a la revisi\u00f3 del seu lloc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Mesures generals d&#8217;higiene i protecci\u00f3 a clients:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Els establiments podran obligar als clients a l&#8217;\u00fas de m\u00e0scares quir\u00fargiques o sanit\u00e0ries dins de l&#8217;establiment i s&#8217;haur\u00e0 d&#8217;establir un aforament m\u00e0xim, i caldr\u00e0 esperar-se a fora una vegada superat. Aix\u00ed mateix, hauran de posar a la disposici\u00f3 dels clients guants i gels desinfectants. I recordar, mitjan\u00e7ant cartells, els procediments d&#8217;higiene, entre altres disposicions espec\u00edfiques.<\/li>\n<li>Per a la l\u00ednia de caixa s&#8217;haur\u00e0 de respectar la dist\u00e0ncia de seguretat interpersonal de 2 metres, s&#8217;instal\u00b7laran mampares i es fomentar\u00e0 el pagament amb targeta o m\u00f2bil.
