L&#8217;incompliment del deure d&#8217;elaborar i aplicar un pla d&#8217;igualtat suposa una infracci\u00f3 greu, sancionable amb una multa de 626 a 6.250 euros.<\/div>\n<div>Segons el calendari establert, les empreses venen obligades a tenir un pla d&#8217;igualtat en les seg\u00fcents dates, en funci\u00f3 del nombre de treballadors:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>M\u00e9s de 150 i fins a 250 treballadors, ja estan obligades a tenir-lo des del mes de mar\u00e7 de l&#8217;actual 2020.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9s de 100 i fins a 150 treballadors vindran obligades a partir del mes de mar\u00e7 del 2021.<\/li>\n<li>De 50 a 100 treballadors, l&#8217;hauran de tenir a partir del mes de mar\u00e7 del 2022.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/shutterstock_1108438607.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4302\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/shutterstock_1108438607.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/shutterstock_1108438607.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/shutterstock_1108438607-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/shutterstock_1108438607-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"cs95E872D0\"><span class=\"cs19C3E152\"><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><em><strong>Som assessors laborals i advocats.
