Tindran vig\u00e8ncia des d&#8217;avui fins el 31 d&#8217;octubre. Les resumim a continuaci\u00f3:<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Els seg\u00fcents establiments comercials no poden romandre oberts ni portar a terme cap activitat de venda entre les 22.00 hores i les 07.00 hores<\/span><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les botigues de conveni\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n<li>Els establiments comercials annexos a les gasolineres.<\/li>\n<li>Els establiments de menys de 300 metres quadrats de superf\u00edcie de venda<\/li>\n<li>Tots els establiments comercials ubicats en municipis tur\u00edstics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Activitats d&#8217;hoteleria i restauraci\u00f3<\/span><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Es mant\u00e9 la suspensi\u00f3<\/span> de les activitats de restauraci\u00f3, en tot tipus de locals i establiments. Aquestes activitats es poden prestar exclusivament mitjan\u00e7ant serveis d&#8217;entrega a domicili o recollida a l&#8217;establiment amb cita pr\u00e8via.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Resten exclosos de la suspensi\u00f3<\/span>:\n<ul>\n<li>Els restaurants dels hotels i altres allotjaments tur\u00edstics, que poden romandre oberts sempre que sigui per a \u00fas exclusiu dels seus clients, sens perjudici que tamb\u00e9 puguin prestar serveis d&#8217;entrega a domicili o recollida a l&#8217;establiment amb cita pr\u00e8via.<\/li>\n<li>Els serveis de restauraci\u00f3 integrats en centres i serveis sanitaris, sociosanitaris i socials, incloent-hi les activitats de lleure infantil i juvenil, els menjadors escolars i els serveis de menjador de car\u00e0cter social.<\/li>\n<li>Els altres serveis de restauraci\u00f3 de centres de formaci\u00f3 no inclosos en el par\u00e0graf anterior i els serveis de restauraci\u00f3 dels centres de treball destinats a les persones treballadores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">En les \u00e0rees de servei<\/span> d&#8217;autopistes i altres vies, les activitats de restauraci\u00f3 es poden prestar exclusivament mitjan\u00e7ant serveis d&#8217;entrega al mateix establiment, sense que es puguin utilitzar els espais interiors destinats al consum d&#8217;aliments i begudes, i garantint en tot cas en l&#8217;interior de l&#8217;establiment l&#8217;entrega individual i separada a cada client.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">En els establiments hotelers i altres establiments tur\u00edstics, l&#8217;aforament dels espais comuns es limita al 50%<\/span> de l&#8217;aforament autoritzat, el qual estar\u00e0 identificat en cartells visibles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Equipaments c\u00edvics<\/span><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">No es podran realitzar<\/span> activitats c\u00edviques i comunit\u00e0ries grupals que impliquin presencialitat, llevat que es facin per mitjans telem\u00e0tics sense que impliqui la presencialitat dels participants.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Resten exclosos d&#8217;aquesta suspensi\u00f3<\/span> els programes i activitats d&#8217;intervenci\u00f3 socioeducativa, lleure educatiu i d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 en el lleure d&#8217;infants, adolescents i programes de suport juvenil, aix\u00ed com aquelles altres activitats d&#8217;intervenci\u00f3 social i personals, com menjadors de car\u00e0cter social, perruqueria o podologia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/shutterstock_598918634.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4971\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/shutterstock_598918634.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/shutterstock_598918634.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/shutterstock_598918634-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/shutterstock_598918634-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><em><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Som gestors administratius, Consulteu-nos sense comprom\u00eds trucant al 972 208 258, o per correu electr\u00f2nic adre\u00e7at a info@rm-assessors.cat.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En RESOLUCI\u00d3 SLT\/2568\/2020, de 19 d&#8217;octubre, la Generalitat de Catalunya ha adoptat noves mesures en relaci\u00f3 a la Covid-19 que modifiquen la Resoluci\u00f3 SLT\/2546\/2020, de 15 d&#8217;octubre.
