S&#8217;exclou de tributaci\u00f3 determinades subvencions i ajuts a la rehabilitaci\u00f3.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>El passat dia 6 d&#8217;octubre va entrar en vigor el<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe\/dias\/2021\/10\/06\/pdfs\/BOE-A-2021-16230.pdf\"> Reial decret llei 19\/2021, de 5 d&#8217;octubre<\/a><\/em>, de mesures urgents per impulsar la rehabilitaci\u00f3 d&#8217;edificacions en el context del Pla de recuperaci\u00f3, transformaci\u00f3 i resili\u00e8ncia. Destaquem el seg\u00fcent:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S&#8217;aproven t<strong>res noves deduccions temporals en l&#8217;IRPF: <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Deducci\u00f3 per les obres realitzades que redueixin un 7\u2006% la demanda de calefacci\u00f3 i refrigeraci\u00f3 en habitatge habitual.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requisits:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Percentatge de deducci\u00f3:&nbsp;<\/strong>20\u2006% de les quantitats satisfetes per obres realitzades en el per\u00edode d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3.<\/li><li><strong>L\u00edmit m\u00e0xim:&nbsp;<\/strong>5.000 euros per habitatge.<\/li><li><strong>Per\u00edode d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3:&nbsp;<\/strong>des del 6 d&#8217;octubre de 2021 fins al 31 de desembre de 2022.<\/li><li><strong>Immoble pel qual es pot acollir a la deducci\u00f3:&nbsp;<\/strong>habitatge habitual del contribuent, o de qualsevol altre de la seva titularitat que tingu\u00e9s arrendat per al seu \u00fas com a habitatge en aquest moment o en expectativa de lloguer, sempre que en aquest \u00faltim cas, l&#8217;habitatge es llogui abans del 31 de desembre de 2023.<\/li><li><strong>Persones que s&#8217;hi poden acollir:&nbsp;<\/strong>persones f\u00edsiques que acompleixin actuacions de rehabilitaci\u00f3 i millora en les quals s&#8217;obtingui una reducci\u00f3 d&#8217;almenys un 7\u2006% en la demanda de calefacci\u00f3 i refrigeraci\u00f3, segons certificat d&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica de l&#8217;habitatge, que haur\u00e0 de ser expedit abans de l&#8217;1 de gener de 2023.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Deducci\u00f3 per les obres realitzades que redueixin un 30\u2006% el consumo d&#8217;energia prim\u00e0ria no renovable, o que millorin la qualificaci\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica assolint les lletres \u00abA\u00bb o \u00abB\u00bb en habitatge habitual.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requisits:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Percentatge de deducci\u00f3:&nbsp;<\/strong>40\u2006% de les quantitats satisfetes per les obres realitzades en el per\u00edode d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3.<\/li><li><strong>L\u00edmit m\u00e0xim:&nbsp;<\/strong>7.500 euros per habitatge.<\/li><li><strong>Per\u00edode d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3:&nbsp;<\/strong>des del 6 d&#8217;octubre de 2021 fins al 31 de desembre de 2022.<\/li><li><strong>Immoble pel qual es pot acollir a la deducci\u00f3:&nbsp;<\/strong>habitatge habitual del contribuent, o de qualsevol altre de la seva titularitat que tingu\u00e9s arrendat per al seu \u00fas com a habitatge en aquest moment o en expectativa de lloguer, sempre que en aquest \u00faltim cas, l&#8217;habitatge es llogui abans del 31 de desembre de 2023.<\/li><li><strong>Persones que s&#8217;hi poden acollir:&nbsp;<\/strong>persones f\u00edsiques que acompleixin actuacions de rehabilitaci\u00f3 o millora en les quals es redueixi almenys un 30\u2006% del consum d&#8217;energia prim\u00e0ria no renovable, acreditable a trav\u00e9s del certificat d&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica de l&#8217;habitatge, o millora de la qualificaci\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica de l&#8217;habitatge per obtenir una classe energ\u00e8tica \u00abA\u00bb o \u00abB\u00bb, en la mateixa escala de qualificaci\u00f3. El certificat d&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica haur\u00e0 de ser expedit abans de l&#8217;1 de gener de 2023.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Deducci\u00f3 per actuacions que redueixin un 30\u2006% el consum d&#8217;energia prim\u00e0ria no renovable, o millorin la qualificaci\u00f3 assolint les lletres \u00abA\u00bb o \u00abB\u00bb en edificis d&#8217;\u00fas predominant residencial.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requisits:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Percentatge de deducci\u00f3:&nbsp;<\/strong>60\u2006% de les quantitats satisfetes per les obres realitzades en el per\u00edode d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3.<\/li><li><strong>L\u00edmit m\u00e0xim:&nbsp;<\/strong>15.000 euros per habitatge.<\/li><li><strong>Per\u00edode d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3:&nbsp;<\/strong>des del 6 d&#8217;octubre de 2021 fins al 31 de desembre de 2023.<\/li><li><strong>Immoble pel qual es pot acollir a la deducci\u00f3:<\/strong>&nbsp;s&#8217;ha de tractar d&#8217;actuacions de millora que afectin el conjunt de l&#8217;edifici.<\/li><li><strong>Persones que s&#8217;hi poden acollir:&nbsp;<\/strong>persones f\u00edsiques hagin executat obres de millora o rehabilitaci\u00f3 en l&#8217;edifici per les quals s&#8217;obtingui una reducci\u00f3 d&#8217;almenys un 30\u2006% del consum d&#8217;energia prim\u00e0ria no renovable, acreditable a trav\u00e9s del certificat d&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica de l&#8217;edifici, o millora de la qualificaci\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica de l&#8217;edifici per obtenir una classe energ\u00e8tica \u00abA\u00bb o \u00abB\u00bb, en la mateixa escala de qualificaci\u00f3.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Habilitaci\u00f3 reglament\u00e0ria per al subministrament d&#8217;informaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L<strong>es comunitats aut\u00f2nomes estan obligades a subministrar informaci\u00f3<\/strong>&nbsp;respecte dels certificats d&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica registrats i les resolucions  definitives d&#8217;ajut que hagin estat concedides per obres de millora de l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica d&#8217;habitatges, juntament amb la relaci\u00f3 de n\u00fameros de refer\u00e8ncia cadastrals als quals es refereixin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>No integraci\u00f3 en la base imposable de l&#8217;IRPF de determinats ajuts<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No s&#8217;integraran en la base imposable de l&#8217;IRPF en l&#8217;exercici 2021 i seg\u00fcents els ajuts concedits en virtut dels diferents programes establerts en els seg\u00fcents reials decrets:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Reial decret 691\/2021, de 3 d&#8217;agost<\/strong>, pel qual es regulen les subvencions a atorgar a actuacions de rehabilitaci\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica en edificis existents, en execuci\u00f3 del Programa de rehabilitaci\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica per a edificis existents en municipis de repte demogr\u00e0fic (Programa PREE 5000), incl\u00f2s en el Programa de regeneraci\u00f3 i repte demogr\u00e0fic del Pla de rehabilitaci\u00f3 i regeneraci\u00f3 urbana del Pla de recuperaci\u00f3, transformaci\u00f3 i resili\u00e8ncia, aix\u00ed com la seva concessi\u00f3 directa a les comunitats aut\u00f2nomes.<\/li><li><strong>Reial decret 737\/2020, de 4 d&#8217;agost<\/strong>, pel qual es regula el programa d&#8217;ajuts per a actuacions de rehabilitaci\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica en edificis existents i es regula la concessi\u00f3 directa dels ajuts d&#8217;aquest programa a les comunitats aut\u00f2nomes i ciutats de Ceuta i Melilla.<\/li><li><strong>Reial decret 853\/2021, de 5 d&#8217;octubre<\/strong>, pel qual es regulen els programes d&#8217;ajut en mat\u00e8ria de rehabilitaci\u00f3 residencial i habitatge social del Pla de recuperaci\u00f3, transformaci\u00f3 i resili\u00e8ncia.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/RM_Assessors_Foto_7.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/RM_Assessors_Foto_7.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2189\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Som assessors fiscals i comptables.
