{"id":6514,"date":"2022-04-06T13:04:06","date_gmt":"2022-04-06T11:04:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/bonificacions-vigents-per-a-la-contractacio-dempleats\/"},"modified":"2022-04-06T13:04:06","modified_gmt":"2022-04-06T11:04:06","slug":"bonificacions-vigents-per-a-la-contractacio-dempleats","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/en\/bonificacions-vigents-per-a-la-contractacio-dempleats\/","title":{"rendered":"Bonificacions vigents per a la contractaci\u00f3 d\u2019empleats"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Despr\u00e9s de la reforma laboral segueixen actives les bonificacions de la Seguretat Social per contractar treballadors, en especial per a la formaci\u00f3 i conversi\u00f3 de contractes temporals en indefinits. <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Detallem a continuaci\u00f3 les bonificacions que segueixen actives<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Contracte per a la formaci\u00f3 en alternan\u00e7a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Permet contractar joves desocupats de fins a 30 anys a jornada completa<\/li><li>Bonificaci\u00f3 del 100\u2006% de la Seguretat Social\u00a0(75\u2006% per a empreses amb m\u00e9s de 250 treballadors) durant un m\u00e0xim de\u00a0dos anys.<\/li><li>Bonificaci\u00f3 addicional d&#8217;entre 60 i 80 \u20ac\u00a0en concepte de tutoritzaci\u00f3 del treballador.<\/li><li>Del total de la jornada, durant el primer ser\u00e0 el 65\u2006% per treballar i el 35\u2006% per formar-se, mentre que el segon any ser\u00e0 el 85\u2006% de treball i 15\u2006% de formaci\u00f3. La formaci\u00f3 del contracte \u00e9s oficial i tamb\u00e9 est\u00e0 100\u2006% bonificada.<\/li><li>No s&#8217;exigeix manteniment\u00a0del nivell de plantilla o de l&#8217;empleat. Aix\u00f2 s\u00ed, l&#8217;obligaci\u00f3 \u00e9s\u00a0proporcionar formaci\u00f3\u00a0al treballador sobre una professi\u00f3.<\/li><li>El salari, ser\u00e0 l&#8217;establert en el conveni.\u00a0En defecte d&#8217;aix\u00f2, no podr\u00e0 ser inferior al 65\u2006% sobre la quantitat fixada per al grup professional amb aquestes funcions durant el primer any i 85\u2006% durant el segon.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conversions de contracte de formaci\u00f3 (en alternan\u00e7a) a indefinit<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Les empreses que transformin els contractes de formaci\u00f3 en indefinits podran aplicar una\u00a0bonificaci\u00f3 de 1.500 \u20ac en la Seguretat Social\u00a0(1.800 euros, si \u00e9s treballadora) durant\u00a0tres anys.<\/li><li>El requisit \u00e9s transformar el contracte de formaci\u00f3 en alternan\u00e7a quan finalitza el contracte inicial o alguna de les seves pr\u00f2rrogues.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conversions de contractes de pr\u00e0ctiques en indefinit<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Per a empreses amb menys de 50 treballadors que transformin un contracte de pr\u00e0ctiques en indefinit.<\/li><li>Bonificaci\u00f3 anual\u00a0en les quotes a la Seguretat Social de 41,67 \u20ac\/mes (500 \u20ac\/any) durant tres anys. En el cas de les dones, aquestes bonificacions seran de 58,33 \u20ac\/mes (700 \u20ac\/any).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conversions de contractes de relleu i substituci\u00f3 per jubilaci\u00f3 en indefinit<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Per transformaci\u00f3 en indefinits contractes de relleu i de substituci\u00f3 per anticipaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;edat de jubilaci\u00f3. <\/li><li>Bonificaci\u00f3 en la quota empresarial a la Seguretat Social de 41,67 \u20ac\/mes (500 \u20ac\/any), durant tres anys. En el cas de les dones, aquesta quota ser\u00e0 de 58,33 \u20ac\/mes (700 \u20ac\/any).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Contracte de durada determinada<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Es mant\u00e9 l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 dels beneficis\u00a0en la cotitzaci\u00f3 a la Seguretat Social establerts per als contractes de treball temporals o de durada determinada per a determinats col\u00b7lectius en la Llei 43\/2006, de 29 de desembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bonificacions per a persones amb discapacitat<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Contracte indefinit o transformaci\u00f3 en indefinit per a menors de quaranta-cinc anys<\/strong>: 4.500 \u20ac (5.350 \u20ac si \u00e9s dona). En cas de discapacitat severa, s&#8217;aplicarien 5.100 \u20ac (5.950 \u20ac si \u00e9s dona).<\/li><li><strong>Contracte indefinit o transformaci\u00f3 en indefinit per a m\u00e9s grans de quaranta-cinc anys<\/strong>: 5.700 \u20ac o 6,300 \u20ac (si t\u00e9 una discapacitat severa) durant tota la vig\u00e8ncia.<\/li><li><strong>Contracte temporal per a menors de quaranta-cinc anys<\/strong>: 3.500 \u20ac (4.100 \u20ac si \u00e9s dona), 4.100 \u20ac si \u00e9s una discapacitat severa (4.700 \u20ac per a dones).<\/li><li><strong>Contracte temporal per a m\u00e9s grans de quaranta-cinc anys<\/strong>: 4.100 \u20ac (4.700 \u20ac si \u00e9s dona), 4.700 \u20ac si \u00e9s una discapacitat severa (5.300 \u20ac si \u00e9s dona).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 existeixen&nbsp;<strong>bonificacions del 100\u2006%<\/strong>&nbsp;de la quota empresarial per la contractaci\u00f3 indefinida o temporal o conversi\u00f3 en indefinit de contractes temporals per un&nbsp;<strong>centre especial d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3<\/strong>, i per a contractes d&#8217;<strong>interinitat<\/strong>, durant tota la vig\u00e8ncia del contracte (Llei 43\/2006 i Llei 45\/2002).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bonificaci\u00f3 per a la contractaci\u00f3 indefinida d&#8217;aturats de llarga durada<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bonificaci\u00f3 en la quota empresarial de 108,33 \u20ac\/mes\u00a0(125 \u20ac\/mes si \u00e9s dona) per a aquelles\u00a0empreses que contractin de manera indefinida aturats de llarga durada.<\/li><li>La persona contractada haur\u00e0 d&#8217;haver estat inscrita com a demandant d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 almenys dotze mesos, dels divuit anteriors a l&#8217;alta.<\/li><li>Les empreses que contractin de manera indefinida aturats de llarga durada\u00a0podran aplicar una bonificaci\u00f3 anual de 1.300 \u20ac\u00a0en  la Seguretat Social (1.500 \u20ac, si \u00e9s dona).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta bonificaci\u00f3 es podr\u00e0 aplicar durant tres anys,\u00a0sempre que es mantingui el nivell d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 total\u00a0aconseguida amb aquesta contractaci\u00f3 i\u00a0es mantingui contractat el treballador com a m\u00ednim dos anys. En cas d&#8217;incompliment, l&#8217;empresa hauria de retornar els beneficis aplicats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bonificacions per a col\u00b7lectius en risc d&#8217;exclusi\u00f3<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>V\u00edctimes de viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere, tr\u00e0fic d&#8217;\u00e9ssers humans i v\u00edctimes de terrorisme<\/strong>: bonificaci\u00f3 de 1.500 \u20ac si el contracte \u00e9s indefinit, 600 \u20ac si \u00e9s temporal, durant la vig\u00e8ncia del contracte, quatre anys si \u00e9s indefinit.<\/li><li><strong>Treballadors en risc d&#8217;exclusi\u00f3 social<\/strong>: bonificaci\u00f3 de 600 \u20ac si \u00e9s contracte indefinit, 500 \u20ac per a contractes temporals i 650 \u20ac per a conversions en indefinit, durant quatre anys si \u00e9s indefinit o durant tota la vig\u00e8ncia, si \u00e9s contracte temporal.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bonificacions per a la conciliaci\u00f3 de la vida personal, laboral i familiar<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bonificacions per als contractes d&#8217;interinitat\u00a0que s&#8217;apliquen per substituir treballadors en situaci\u00f3 d&#8217;exced\u00e8ncia per la cura de familiars.<\/li><li>Si es contracta una persona benefici\u00e0ria de prestacions per desocupaci\u00f3 per substituir el treballador, mentre duri l&#8217;exced\u00e8ncia, es podr\u00e0 aplicar una reducci\u00f3 del 95\u2006% en la quota per conting\u00e8ncies comunes durant el primer any. Per al segon i tercer any, s&#8217;aplicaria una reducci\u00f3 del 60\u2006% i 50\u2006% en les conting\u00e8ncies comunes respectivament.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 continuen vigents les\u00a0bonificacions per als contractes d&#8217;interinitat per substituir treballadors durant els per\u00edodes de descans per maternitat, adopci\u00f3, acolliment, paternitat o risc durant l&#8217;embar\u00e0s o la lact\u00e0ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquests casos, s&#8217;aplicar\u00e0 una bonificaci\u00f3 del 100\u2006% de la quota empresarial i recaptaci\u00f3 conjunta, tant del treballador substitu\u00eft, com de l&#8217;inter\u00ed contractat.
