Aix\u00ed mateix, a trav\u00e9s del protocol, l&#8217;empresa manifesta el comprom\u00eds de toler\u00e0ncia zero davant l\u2019assetjament i una desaprovaci\u00f3 clara i rotunda de conductes i actituds ofensives, discriminat\u00f2ries i\/o abusives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Representants del personal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si a la vostra empresa hi hagu\u00e9s representaci\u00f3 legal de les persones treballadores, el protocol s\u2019hauria de negociar amb els seus representants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectius del protocol<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un del objectius del protocol ha de ser<strong>\u00a0informar, formar i sensibilitzar a tot el personal en m<\/strong>at\u00e8ria d\u2019assetjament sexual i per ra\u00f3 de sexe. Per implementar-lo \u00e9s necess\u00e0ria la implicaci\u00f3 de totes les persones, de manera col\u00b7lectiva i individual.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aplicaci\u00f3 del protocol<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El Protocol \u00e9s d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 a totes les persones treballadores de l\u2019empresa en e<\/strong>l seu entorn laboral i tenint en compte que els l\u00edmits de l\u2019entorn laboral no s\u00f3n determinats ni pel lloc f\u00edsic ni per la jornada laboral ni per la forma de vinculaci\u00f3 jur\u00eddica amb l\u2019empresa. La responsabilitat de l\u2019empresa compren, tant la protecci\u00f3 de les persones de l\u2019empresa davant de conductes d\u2019assetjament produ\u00efdes entre les mateixes o per persones externes, com de les persones externes vinculades a l\u2019empresa, encara que no hi tinguin un vincle laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procediment d&#8217;intervenci\u00f3 i acompanyament <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un altre dels s<strong>eus elements claus\u00a0\u00e9s\u00a0disposar del procediment d\u2019intervenci\u00f3 i d\u2019acompanyament per tal d\u2019atendre i resoldre aquestes situacions amb la m\u00e0xima celeritat i dintre dels terminis que estableix el Protocol<\/strong>; aix\u00ed com, vetllar per un entorn laboral on les dones i els homes respectin m\u00fatuament la seva integritat i dignitat. Serveix per establir les mesures preventives necess\u00e0ries per evitar que es produeixin situacions d\u2019assetjament i preten posar mesures per garantir un tracte just i confidencialitat de les persones afectades. I<strong>nstaurar\u00e0 un canal de den\u00fancies. i s\u00b4han d&#8217;establir instruccions i responsables que duguin a terme, de forma confidencial, la seva investigaci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exemples de comportaments que poden ser considerats assetjament per ra\u00f3 de sexe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tenir actituds condescendents o paternalistes. <\/li><li>Proferir insults basats en el sexe i\/o l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 sexual de la persona treballadora.<\/li><li>Tenir conductes discriminat\u00f2ries per ra\u00f3 de sexe.<\/li><li>Fer servir formes ofensives d\u2019adre\u00e7ar-se a la persona. <\/li><li>Ridiculitzar, menystenir les capacitats, habilitats i el potencial intel\u00b7lectual d\u2019una persona per ra\u00f3 de sexe. <\/li><li>Utilitzar humor sexista. <\/li><li>Ignorar aportacions, comentaris o accions d\u2019una persona per ra\u00f3 de sexe.<\/li><li>Fer xantatge sexual. <\/li><li>Fer assetjament ambiental per ra\u00f3 de sexe.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies de no disposar del protocol <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No tenir aquest protocol fet i implementat&nbsp;pot&nbsp;comportar sancions elevades per part de la inspecci\u00f3 de treball i fins i tot den\u00fancies a les empreses per
