Aquesta valoraci\u00f3 t\u00e9 com a finalitat determinar el valor real dels llocs i poder analitzar, despr\u00e9s d&#8217;aix\u00f2, si existeixen bretxes salarials entre dones i homes, no nom\u00e9s dins dels mateixos llocs de treball sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 dins dels que tenen un valor comparable i, si \u00e9s el cas, definir mesures correctores coherents.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #cd0f0f;\">Procediment de valoraci\u00f3 de llocs de treball<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>El Govern ha aprovat un procediment espec\u00edfic de valoraci\u00f3 de llocs, validant aix\u00ed l<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mites.gob.es\/ca\/portada\/herramienta_valoracion_puesto\/index.htm\"><span style=\"color: #cd0f0f;\">&#8216;eina inform\u00e0tica i la seva guia d&#8217;\u00fas<\/span><\/a><\/em> desenvolupades pel Ministeri de Treball i Economia Social i l&#8217;Institut de les Dones.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;Ordre estableix que la valoraci\u00f3 de llocs que s&#8217;hagi fet amb aquesta eina es considera que reuneix els requisits formals establerts en el Reial decret 902\/2020 esmentat.<\/p>\n<p>No obstant aix\u00f2, l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 del procediment de valoraci\u00f3 de llocs de treball aprovat per l&#8217;Ordre, aix\u00ed com aquesta eina, <strong>s\u00f3n d&#8217;\u00fas voluntari, perqu\u00e8 es pot optar per usar un altre sistema, sempre que compleixi amb els requisits legalment exigibles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Ordre coincideix amb una <strong>campanya activa de la Inspecci\u00f3 de Treball i Seguretat Social<\/strong> per comprovar el grau de compliment de les empreses de les seves obligacions en mat\u00e8ria d&#8217;igualtat (entre altres, comptar amb un pla d&#8217;igualtat que compleixi els requisits legalment exigibles, dur a terme el registre retributiu anual, tenir un protocol de prevenci\u00f3 de l&#8217;assetjament sexual i per ra\u00f3 de sexe, entre altres).<\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, \u00e9s altament recomanable que aquelles empreses que encara no compleixin de manera satisfact\u00f2ria amb les seves obligacions en aquesta mat\u00e8ria comencin a treballar-hi amb urg\u00e8ncia per evitar la possible imposici\u00f3 de sancions, aix\u00ed com la impossibilitat per a contractar amb les administracions p\u00fabliques en cas de no comptar amb pla d&#8217;igualtat i refor\u00e7ar, al seu torn, la reputaci\u00f3 de les empreses i el seu comprom\u00eds en mat\u00e8ria d&#8217;igualtat, diversitat i sostenibilitat.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pexels.com\/es-es\/foto\/calcomanias-recortadas-para-ninos-y-ninas-1386336\/\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.pexels.com\/photos\/1386336\/pexels-photo-1386336.jpeg?auto=compress&amp;cs=tinysrgb&amp;w=600\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pexels.com\/es-es\/foto\/calcomanias-recortadas-para-ninos-y-ninas-1386336\/\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Som assessors laborals i de la Seguretat Social.
