{"id":7440,"date":"2016-11-07T12:59:02","date_gmt":"2016-11-07T10:59:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/incentius-per-a-la-contractacio-de-treballadors-a-temps-parcial-amb-finalitat-formativa\/"},"modified":"2016-11-07T12:59:02","modified_gmt":"2016-11-07T10:59:02","slug":"incentius-per-a-la-contractacio-de-treballadors-a-temps-parcial-amb-finalitat-formativa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/en\/incentius-per-a-la-contractacio-de-treballadors-a-temps-parcial-amb-finalitat-formativa\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8221; Incentius per a la contractaci\u00f3 de treballadors a temps parcial amb finalitat formativa&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000; text-decoration: underline;\">Requisits dels treballadors: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Menors de 30 anys (o de 35 anys si tenen reconegut un grau de discapacitat igual o superior al 33%).<\/li>\n<li>Que es trobin en alguna de les circumst\u00e0ncies seg\u00fcents:\n<ul>\n<li>Aturats i inscrits ininterrompudament en l&#8217;oficina d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 almenys dotze mesos durant els divuit anteriors a la contractaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Que no tinguin experi\u00e8ncia laboral o que aquesta sigui inferior a tres mesos.<\/li>\n<li>Que procedeixin d&#8217;un altre sector d&#8217;activitat.<\/li>\n<li>Que no tingui t\u00edtol oficial d&#8217;ensenyament obligatori, de t\u00edtol de formaci\u00f3 professional o de certificat de professionalitat.<\/li>\n<li>Que siguin persones benefici\u00e0ries del Sistema Nacional de Garantia Juvenil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #ff0000;\">Condicions del contracte<\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pot ser\u00a0 indefinit o per una durada determinada.<\/li>\n<li>Ha de ser per temps parcial no superior al 50% de la jornada a temps complet. (No superior al 75% de la jornada a temps complet en el cas de beneficiaris del Sistema Nacional de Garantia Juvenil).<\/li>\n<li>Els treballadors hauran de compatibilitzar l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 amb la formaci\u00f3 o justificar haver-la cursat en els sis mesos previs a la signatura del contracte. La formaci\u00f3 haur\u00e0 de ser:\n<ul>\n<li>Oficial o promoguda pels serveis p\u00fablics d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>O b\u00e9, formaci\u00f3 en idiomes o tecnologies de la informaci\u00f3 i de la comunicaci\u00f3 d&#8217;una durada m\u00ednima de 90 hores en c\u00f2mput anual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000; text-decoration: underline;\">Requisits de l\u2019empresa:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No haver acomiadat improcedentment cap treballador en el transcurs dels sis mesos anterior a la nova contractaci\u00f3 en el mateix grup professional i en el mateix centre de treball.<\/li>\n<li>Mantenir el nivell d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 durant 12 mesos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000; text-decoration: underline;\">Incentius per a les empreses:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reducci\u00f3 en un 100% de la quota empresarial a la Seguretat Social per conting\u00e8ncies comunes durant un m\u00e0xim de dotze mesos.\u00a0 (En el cas d&#8217;empreses amb 250 treballadors o m\u00e9s, la reducci\u00f3 ser\u00e0 del 75%).<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00f2rroga de la reducci\u00f3 durant uns altres 12 mesos quan el treballador segueix-hi amb la formaci\u00f3 o l&#8217;hagu\u00e9s cursat en els sis mesos previs a la finalitzaci\u00f3 del per\u00edode dels dotze primers mesos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/laboral9_55374165.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-697\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/laboral9_55374165.jpg\" alt=\"laboral9\" width=\"658\" height=\"325\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/laboral9_55374165.jpg 658w, https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/laboral9_55374165-300x148.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 658px) 100vw, 658px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><em><strong>Som assessors laborals i de la Seguretat Social.
