En les instruccions hi consta que el registre de jornada ha de garantir la fiabilitat i la invariabilitat de les dades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sempre que l&#8217;empresa utilitzi mitjans electr\u00f2nics o inform\u00e0tics en els que el treballador hagi de fer servir\u00a0 una targeta magn\u00e8tica o similar, o la seva empremta digital, sembla que quedaria garantida la fiabilitat o invariabilitat de les dades registrades, per\u00f2 el problema es quan el registre es manual, en paper, en quin cas l&#8217;inspector podria exigir que la signatura del treballador recolzi el cada cas l&#8217;hora d&#8217;entrada i sortida del treball consignada en el registre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">La nostra recomanaci\u00f3, per tant, es que si es fa servir un registre manual o en paper,\u00a0 es faci signar al treballador el registre diari de jornada, tant a l&#8217;entrada com a la sortida del centre de treball.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recordem que l&#8217;empresa haur\u00e0 d&#8217;acreditar que\u00a0 ha entregat a cada un dels seus treballadors un resum del registre de jornada de cada per\u00edode coincident amb el pagament de la n\u00f2mina, a partir de quin moment l&#8217;empresa ja no vindr\u00e0 obligada a conservar el registre diari d&#8217;aquell per\u00edode.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/laboral3_168790421.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-802 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/laboral3_168790421.jpg\" alt=\"laboral3\" width=\"658\" height=\"325\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/laboral3_168790421.jpg 658w, https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/laboral3_168790421-300x148.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 658px) 100vw, 658px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><em>Som assessors laborals i de la Seguretat Social.
