El seu valor representa l&#8217;inter\u00e8s mitj\u00e0 que els bancs apliquen sobre les hipoteques que concedeixen cada mes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cs95E872D0\"><span class=\"csBF6FA772\">L&#8217;IRPH i l&#8217;eur\u00edbor s\u00f3n \u00edndexs hipotecaris, per\u00f2 es calculen de manera diferent.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"cs95E872D0\"><span class=\"cs1703897E\">Nou criteri del Tribunal de Just\u00edcia de la Uni\u00f3 Europea (TJUE)<br \/>\n<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"cs95E872D0\"><span class=\"cs1703897E\">Ara, el TJUE conclou que el jutge haur\u00e0 d&#8217;avaluar si aquesta possible manca de transpar\u00e8ncia incompleix les &#8220;exig\u00e8ncies de bona fe&#8221; i genera un desequilibri important en detriment del consumidor.
