Aquest Reial Decret haur\u00e0 de ser ratificat per la diputaci\u00f3 permanent del Congr\u00e9s de Diputats en el termini de 30 dies. Cas contrari deixar\u00e0 d&#8217;estar en vigor a partir d&#8217;aquell moment <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em><strong>(Atenci\u00f3: Aquesta disposici\u00f3 finalment ha estat convalidada per resoluci\u00f3 del Congr\u00e9s de Diputats del dia 3.4.2019 i, per tant, seguir\u00e0 vigent).<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Destaquem el seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Subsidi per desocupaci\u00f3 de m\u00e9s grans de 52 anys<\/span> (Entrada en vigor: 13.de mar\u00e7 del 2019)<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reducci\u00f3 de l&#8217;edat d&#8217;acc\u00e9s al subsidi,\u00a0 de 55 a 52 anys.<\/li>\n<li>Supressi\u00f3 del requisit de tenir complerta l&#8217;edat de 52 anys en el moment del fet causant del subsidi, permetent l&#8217;acc\u00e9s quan es compleixi aquesta edat.<\/li>\n<li>Increment de la seva durada m\u00e0xima, de manera que, si abans es percebia fins que la persona benefici\u00e0ria pogu\u00e9s accedir a qualsevol de les modalitats de pensi\u00f3 contributiva de jubilaci\u00f3, es percebr\u00e0 fins al compliment de l&#8217;edat ordin\u00e0ria de jubilaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Eliminaci\u00f3 de la consideraci\u00f3 de les rendes de la unitat familiar per a l&#8217;acc\u00e9s al subsidi, i prendre \u00fanicament les de la persona sol\u00b7licitant per a determinar si escau la concessi\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Increment de la quantia de la cotitzaci\u00f3 per la conting\u00e8ncia de jubilaci\u00f3 durant la percepci\u00f3 del subsidi del 100 al 125 per cent del topall m\u00ednim de cotitzaci\u00f3 vigent a cada moment.<\/li>\n<li>Eliminaci\u00f3 dels percentatges aplicables a la quantia del subsidi quan prov\u00e9 d&#8217;una feina desenvolupada a temps parcial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Prestacions familiars de la Seguretat Social <span style=\"color: #000000;\">(Entrada en vigor, 1 d&#8217;abril del 2019)<\/span>:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>S&#8217;incrementa l&#8217;import de l&#8217;assignaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica per fill a c\u00e0rrec.<\/li>\n<li>S&#8217;incrementa l&#8217;import m\u00ednim de les pensions d&#8217;incapacitat permanent total derivada de malaltia comuna per a menors de 60 anys del sistema de Seguretat Social, en la seva modalitat contributiva.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Bonificaci\u00f3 per a la contractaci\u00f3 laboral de persones desocupades de llarga durada.<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> (Entrada en vigor, 1 d&#8217;abril del 2019)<\/span>:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les empreses que contractin indefinidament a persones desocupades i inscrites en l&#8217;oficina d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 almenys dotze mesos en els divuit mesos anteriors a la contractaci\u00f3, tindran dret, des de la data de subscripci\u00f3 del contracte, a una bonificaci\u00f3 mensual de la quota empresarial a la Seguretat Social o, si escau, pel de 108,33 euros\/mes (1.300 euros\/any) durant tres anys, per cada treballador contractat.<\/li>\n<li>Quan aquests contractes se subscriguin amb dones, les bonificacions indicades seran de 125 euros\/mes (1.500 euros\/any) durant tres anys.<\/li>\n<li>Si el contracte se subscriu a temps parcial les bonificacions es gaudiran de manera proporcional a la jornada de treball pactada en el contracte.<\/li>\n<li>Per a l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest incentiu l&#8217;empresa haur\u00e0 de mantenir en l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 al treballador contractat almenys tres anys des de la data d&#8217;inici de la relaci\u00f3 laboral. Aix\u00ed mateix, haur\u00e0 de mantenir el nivell d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 en l&#8217;empresa assolit amb el contracte durant, almenys, dos anys des de la seva subscripci\u00f3. En cas d&#8217;incompliment d&#8217;aquestes obligacions s&#8217;haur\u00e0 de procedir al reintegrament de l&#8217;incentiu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Mesures de suport a la prolongaci\u00f3 del per\u00edode d&#8217;activitat dels treballadors amb contractes fixos discontinus en els sectors de turisme i comer\u00e7 i hostaleria vinculats a l&#8217;activitat tur\u00edstica. <span style=\"color: #000000;\">(Aquesta mesura ser\u00e0 aplicable des de l&#8217;1 de gener de 2019 fins al dia 31 de desembre de 2019)<\/span>:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les empreses d&#8217;aquest sector que generin activitat productiva en els mesos de febrer, mar\u00e7 i de novembre de cada any i que inici\u00efn o mantinguin en alta durant aquests mesos l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 dels treballadors amb contractes de car\u00e0cter fix discontinu, podran aplicar una bonificaci\u00f3 en aquests mesos del 50 per cent de les quotes empresarials a la Seguretat Social.<\/li>\n<li>Aquesta mesura ser\u00e0 aplicable des de l&#8217;1 de gener de 2019 fins al dia 31 de desembre de 2019.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Registre de jornada <span style=\"color: #000000;\">(entrada en vigor: 12 de maig del 2019)<\/span>:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Totes les empreses hauran de dur un registre horari de la jornada que haur\u00e0 d&#8217;incloure l&#8217;horari concret d&#8217;inici i finalitzaci\u00f3 de la jornada de treball de cada treballador, sense perjudici de la flexibilitat hor\u00e0ria que estableix el propi precepte estatutari.<\/li>\n<li>Aquest registre s&#8217;haur\u00e0 de dur en la forma que determini el conveni col\u00b7lectiu d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 o acord d&#8217;empresa o, en el seu defecte, ho decidir\u00e0 l&#8217;empresari pr\u00e8viaconsulta amb els representants dels treballadors en l&#8217;empresa.<\/li>\n<li>El registre s&#8217;haur\u00e0 de conservar durant 4 anys i s&#8217;haur\u00e0 de tenir a la disposici\u00f3 dels treballadors, dels seus representants legals i de la Inspecci\u00f3 de Treball i Seguretat Social.<\/li>\n<li>El seu incompliment podria ser considerat infracci\u00f3 greu sancionada amb multa d&#8217;entre 626 i 6.250 \u20ac.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/laboral1_20728071.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/laboral1_20728071.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"658\" height=\"325\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/laboral1_20728071.jpg 658w, https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/laboral1_20728071-300x148.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 658px) 100vw, 658px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em><strong>Som assessors laborals i de la Seguretat Social.
