Resumirem tot seguit altres mesures laborals incloses en el l <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe\/dias\/2022\/12\/28\/pdfs\/BOE-A-2022-22685.pdf\">Reial decret llei 20\/2022, de 27 de desembre<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Pr\u00f2rroga de la regulaci\u00f3 de la modalitat de jubilaci\u00f3 parcial amb simult\u00e0nia formalitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un contracte de relleu<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Fins a l\u20191 de gener de 2024 es permetr\u00e0 la jubilaci\u00f3 parcial d\u2019un treballador si l\u2019empresa formalitza simult\u00e0niament un contracte de relleu amb un altra treballador en les seg\u00fcents condicions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El treballador que demani la jubilaci\u00f3 parcial ha de tenir una antiguitat m\u00ednima de 6 anys a l\u2019empresa i ha d\u2019estar fent directament funcions que requereixin esfor\u00e7 f\u00edsic o alt grau d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 en tasques de fabricaci\u00f3, elaboraci\u00f3 o transformaci\u00f3, aix\u00ed com en les de muntatge, posada en funcionament, manteniment i reparaci\u00f3 especialitzats de maquin\u00e0ria i equip industrial en empreses classificades com a ind\u00fastria manufacturera.<\/li>\n<li>El treballador ha de tenir un m\u00ednim de 33 anys cotitzats (25 si acredita una minusv\u00e0lua en grau igual o superior al 33%).<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019empresa ha de tenir com a m\u00ednim un 70% de la plantilla de treballadors amb contracte indefinit.<\/li>\n<li>La reducci\u00f3 de la jornada del jubilat parcial ha de ser d\u2019entre un 25% i un 67% de la jornada completa, o fins a un 80% si el treballador rellevista fos contractat per temps indefinit i a jornada completa.<\/li>\n<li>La base de cotitzaci\u00f3 del treballador rellevista no podr\u00e0 ser inferior al 65 per cent de la mitjana de les bases de cotitzaci\u00f3 corresponents als sis \u00faltims mesos del per\u00edode de base reguladora de la pensi\u00f3 de jubilaci\u00f3 parcial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Pr\u00f2rroga\u00a0 a la prohibici\u00f3 d&#8217;acomiadar\u00a0vinculada al\u00a0gaudi d&#8217;ajuts p\u00fablics relacionats amb el cost de l&#8217;energia<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019augment dels costos energ\u00e8tics no podr\u00e0 constituir causa objectiva d&#8217;acomiadament fins al 30 de juny de 2023 per part d&#8217;aquelles empreses benefici\u00e0ries dels ajuts directes previstos en la norma.<\/li>\n<li>Les empreses que s&#8217;acullin a les mesures de reducci\u00f3 de jornada o suspensi\u00f3 de contractes per causes relacionades amb la invasi\u00f3 d&#8217;Ucra\u00efna i que es benefici\u00efn de suport p\u00fablic no podran utilitzar aquestes causes per fer acomiadaments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Pr\u00f2rroga de les quotes a la Seguretat Social<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Es\u00a0prorroga\u00a0per un termini de tres mesos m\u00e9s\u00a0el r\u00e8gim extraordinari d&#8217;ajornaments en el pagament de quotes de la Seguretat Social vigent.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Jubilaci\u00f3 activa per als professionals sanitaris<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>S&#8217;aprova la jubilaci\u00f3 activa millorada, que permetr\u00e0 que professionals sanitaris d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria, metges de fam\u00edlia i pediatres en edat de jubilaci\u00f3 puguin continuar durant els pr\u00f2xims tres anys compatibilitzant el 75% de la seva pensi\u00f3 amb el servei actiu a temps complet o a mitja jornada.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.pexels.com\/photos\/269077\/pexels-photo-269077.jpeg?auto=compress&amp;cs=tinysrgb&amp;w=600\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><em>Som assessors laborals i de la Seguretat Social.
