La nova disposici\u00f3 inclou incentius destinats a promoure la contractaci\u00f3 laboral i altres mesures d&#8217;impuls i manteniment de l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 estable i de qualitat finan\u00e7ats mitjan\u00e7ant bonificacions en les quotes de la Seguretat Social<\/h5>\n<hr \/>\n<p>En el BOE del dia 11 de gener s\u2019ha publicat\u00a0el <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe\/dias\/2023\/01\/11\/pdfs\/BOE-A-2023-625.pdf\"><span style=\"color: #cd0f0f;\">Reial decret llei 1\/2023, <\/span><\/a><\/em>de 10 de gener, de mesures urgents en mat\u00e8ria d&#8217;incentius a la contractaci\u00f3 laboral i millora de la protecci\u00f3 social dels artistes. La\u00a0\u00a0norma <strong>entrar\u00e0 en vigor l&#8217;1 de setembre de 2023, amb algunes excepcions<\/strong>\u00a0 (com \u00e9s el cas de l&#8217;obligaci\u00f3 de reintegrament d&#8217;ajuts per deslocalitzaci\u00f3, la revisi\u00f3 d&#8217;ofici en mat\u00e8ria d&#8217;actes d&#8217;enquadrament per incompliment de prescripcions legals o el r\u00e8gim de beneficis en cas d&#8217;ERTO o Mecanisme RED). Destaquem els seg\u00fcents incentius a les empreses en la contractaci\u00f3 de personal:<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #cd0f0f;\"><strong>Bonificaci\u00f3 de quotes de la Seguretat Social en cas de readmissi\u00f3\u00a0 de treballadors que hagin estat declarats en situaci\u00f3 d\u2019incapacitat permanent total o absoluta:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Per accedir a la bonificaci\u00f3 ja prevista en l&#8217;actualitat, consistent en una reducci\u00f3 del 50% en la quota empresarial a la Seguretat Social durant dos anys, s&#8217;hauran de complir els seg\u00fcents requisits:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El contractes de treball hauran de ser indefinits.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No<\/strong> es bonificaran aquells contractes en que la readmissi\u00f3 sigui un dret del treballador.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Si<\/strong> es bonificaran:\n<ul>\n<li>Els contractes de majors de 55 anys que un cop declarada la incapacitat permanent es reincorporin a l&#8217;empresa en una altra categoria.<\/li>\n<li>El contractes de majors de 55 anys que recuperin la seva capacitat poden esser contractats per una altra empresa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #cd0f0f;\"><strong>Contractaci\u00f3 de\u00a0persones en situaci\u00f3 d&#8217;exclusi\u00f3 social:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>L<\/strong>a bonificaci\u00f3 prevista en l&#8217;actualitat per a la contractaci\u00f3 indefinida de persones en situaci\u00f3 d&#8217;exclusi\u00f3 social (55 \u20ac\/mes) s&#8217;incrementa fins a 128 \u20ac\/mes.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #cd0f0f;\"><strong>Contractaci\u00f3 de desocupats de llarga durada:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>La contractaci\u00f3 indefinida de desocupats de llarga durada donar\u00e0 dret a una bonificaci\u00f3 superior quan la persona contractada sigui una dona (128 \u20ac\/mes, en lloc de 110 \u20ac\/mes). Aquesta bonificaci\u00f3 s&#8217;est\u00e9n tamb\u00e9 a la contractaci\u00f3 de persones que tinguin quaranta-cinc anys o m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #cd0f0f;\"><strong>Contracte de formaci\u00f3 per a l&#8217;alternan\u00e7a, que combina ocupaci\u00f3 i formaci\u00f3:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Bonificaci\u00f3 de 91 \u20ac al mes en la quota empresarial i de 28 \u20ac al mes en la quota obrera.<\/li>\n<li>Aquestes bonificacions no s\u00f3n aplicables als contractes de formaci\u00f3 en alternan\u00e7a quan se subscriguin en el marc de programes p\u00fablics mixtos d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3-formaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #cd0f0f;\"><strong>Transformaci\u00f3 en indefinits dels contractes formatius i de relleu:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Contractes formatius: Bonificaci\u00f3 en la cotitzaci\u00f3 de 128 \u20ac \/mes i de 147 \u20ac\/mes en cas de dones,\u00a0 durant 3 anys.<\/li>\n<li>Contractes de relleu: Bonificaci\u00f3 en la cotitzaci\u00f3 de 55 \u20ac \/mes i de 73\u20ac\/mes en cas de dones,\u00a0 durant 3 anys.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #cd0f0f;\">Contractaci\u00f3 indefinida de persones amb capacitat intel\u00b7lectual l\u00edmit <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #cd0f0f;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(coeficient intel\u00b7lectual entre 70 i 85)<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>La<\/strong>\u00a0contractaci\u00f3 indefinida de persones amb capacitat intel\u00b7lectual l\u00edmit donar\u00e0 dret a una bonificaci\u00f3 en la cotitzaci\u00f3 de 128 \u20ac\/mes durant quatre anys.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #cd0f0f;\"><strong>Contractaci\u00f3 de dones v\u00edctimes de viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere, de viol\u00e8ncies sexuals i de tr\u00e0fic d&#8217;\u00e9ssers humans:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Donar\u00e0 dret a una bonificaci\u00f3 en la cotitzaci\u00f3 de 128 \u20ac\/mes durant quatre anys.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #cd0f0f;\">Cooperatives i societats laborals:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>S<\/strong>&#8216;estableixen bonificacions per la incorporaci\u00f3 de treballadors desocupats com a socis treballadors o de treball a cooperatives i societats laborals.<\/li>\n<li>Es presta especial atenci\u00f3 als joves menors de trenta anys, o menors de trenta-cinc anys amb un grau de discapacitat reconegut igual o superior al 33\u202f%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Conciliaci\u00f3 familiar.<\/strong> Bonificacions en la cotitzaci\u00f3 a la Seguretat Social en els contractes de durada determinada que se subscriguin amb joves aturats per a substituci\u00f3 de treballadors en els seg\u00fcents casos:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Durant les situacions de naixement i cura del menor, exercici corresponsable en la cura del menor lactant<\/li>\n<li>Risc durant l&#8217;embar\u00e0s i risc durant la lact\u00e0ncia natural.<\/li>\n<li>Sup\u00f2sits de canvi de lloc de feina per risc durant l&#8217;embar\u00e0s o durant la lact\u00e0ncia natural, aix\u00ed com sup\u00f2sits de malaltia professional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Seguretat-Social.jpeg\">S<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7080\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Seguretat-Social.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"2400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Seguretat-Social.jpeg 1600w, https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Seguretat-Social-200x300.jpeg 200w, https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Seguretat-Social-683x1024.jpeg 683w, https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Seguretat-Social-768x1152.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Seguretat-Social-1024x1536.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Seguretat-Social-1365x2048.jpeg 1365w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1600px) 100vw, 1600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><em><strong>Som assessors laborals i de la Seguretat Social.
