Si hi hagu\u00e9s difer\u00e8ncies es modificar\u00e0 el valor cadastral de l&#8217;immoble i aix\u00f2\u00a0 repercutir\u00e0 en l&#8217;IBI i en els impostos sobre la renda i el patrimoni.<\/p>\n<p>Destaquem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La taxa per la revisi\u00f3 \u00e9s de 60,00\u20ac per cada immoble.<\/li>\n<li>La regularitzaci\u00f3 exclou sancions que s\u2019haguessin pogut demanar per incompliment de l\u2019obligaci\u00f3 de declarar de forma complerta i correcta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recomanem que les persones que tinguin propietats en aquests municipis estiguin atents a qualsevol notificaci\u00f3 o requeriment que puguin rebre i demanin la correcci\u00f3 de les errades que es puguin produir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/immobiliaria11_77289191.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-791\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/immobiliaria11_77289191.jpg\" alt=\"immobiliaria11\" width=\"658\" height=\"325\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/immobiliaria11_77289191.jpg 658w, https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/immobiliaria11_77289191-300x148.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 658px) 100vw, 658px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><em>Som assessors fiscals.
