{"id":7406,"date":"2016-03-02T10:47:55","date_gmt":"2016-03-02T08:47:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/regularitzacio-del-cadastre-immobiliari\/"},"modified":"2016-03-02T10:47:55","modified_gmt":"2016-03-02T08:47:55","slug":"regularitzacio-del-cadastre-immobiliari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/es\/regularitzacio-del-cadastre-immobiliari\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00abRegularitzaci\u00f3 del cadastre immobiliari\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Segons es despr\u00e8n de la <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe\/dias\/2016\/02\/22\/pdfs\/BOE-A-2016-1814.pdf\">resoluci\u00f3 de la Direcci\u00f3 General del Cadastre del dia 16 de febrer del 2016, publicada en el BOE del 22 de febrer<\/a>,<\/span><\/span><\/em> des d&#8217;ara i fins el dia 30 de juliol del 2017, es revisar\u00e0 el cadastre immobiliari de molts municipis, entre ells els seg\u00fcents municipis de la Prov\u00edncia de Girona;<\/p>\n<p>Amer, Avinyonet de Puigvent\u00f3s, Banyoles, Bescan\u00f3, La Bisbal d\u2019Empord\u00e0, Bordils,<br \/>\nBreda, Brunyola, Cabanes, Campdev\u00e0nol, Campllong, Cass\u00e0 de la Selva, Castellfollit de<br \/>\nla Roca, Castell-Platja d\u2019Aro, La Cellera de Ter, Cervi\u00e0 de Ter, Colomers, Cornell\u00e0 del Terri,<br \/>\nCrespi\u00e0, Espolla, Esponell\u00e0, Fornells de la Selva, Garrig\u00e0s, Girona, Jui\u00e0, Ll\u00edvia, les Llosses,<br \/>\nMadremanya, Mai\u00e0 de Montcal, Mieres, Ogassa, Palam\u00f3s, Palau-saverdera, Palol de<br \/>\nRevardit, Pals, Pardines, Les Planes d\u2019Hostoles, Pont de Molins, Porqueres, Les Preses,<br \/>\nQuart, Queralbs, Regenc\u00f3s, Ribes de Freser, Ripoll, Riudaura, Riudellots de la Selva,<br \/>\nRiumors, Roses, Rupi\u00e0, Sant Andreu Salou, Sant Aniol de Finestres, Sant Climent<br \/>\nSescebes, Sant Feliu de Buixalleu, Sant Hilari Sacalm, Sant Jaume de Llierca, Sant Joan<br \/>\nde les Abadesses, Sant Joan de Mollet, Sant Joan les Fonts, Sant Juli\u00e0 del Llor i Bonmat\u00ed,<br \/>\nSant Mart\u00ed de Ll\u00e9mena, Sant Miquel de Campmajor, Santa Coloma de Farners, Santa<br \/>\nCristina d\u2019Aro, Santa Pau, Sarri\u00e0 de Ter, Seriny\u00e0, Sils, Terrades, Tortell\u00e0, La Vall d\u2019en Bas,<br \/>\nVall-llobrega, Ventall\u00f3, Viladamat, Vilademuls, Vilob\u00ed d\u2019Onyar.<\/p>\n<p>La revisi\u00f3 es far\u00e0 d&#8217;ofici i consistir\u00e0 en adequar cada immoble a la realitat existent pel que fa a antiguitat, caracter\u00edstiques de les edificacions i superf\u00edcie constru\u00efda. Si hi hagu\u00e9s difer\u00e8ncies es modificar\u00e0 el valor cadastral de l&#8217;immoble i aix\u00f2\u00a0 repercutir\u00e0 en l&#8217;IBI i en els impostos sobre la renda i el patrimoni.<\/p>\n<p>Destaquem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La taxa per la revisi\u00f3 \u00e9s de 60,00\u20ac per cada immoble.<\/li>\n<li>La regularitzaci\u00f3 exclou sancions que s\u2019haguessin pogut demanar per incompliment de l\u2019obligaci\u00f3 de declarar de forma complerta i correcta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recomanem que les persones que tinguin propietats en aquests municipis estiguin atents a qualsevol notificaci\u00f3 o requeriment que puguin rebre i demanin la correcci\u00f3 de les errades que es puguin produir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/immobiliaria11_77289191.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-791\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/immobiliaria11_77289191.jpg\" alt=\"immobiliaria11\" width=\"658\" height=\"325\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/immobiliaria11_77289191.jpg 658w, https:\/\/www.rm-assessors.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/immobiliaria11_77289191-300x148.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 658px) 100vw, 658px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><em>Som assessors fiscals.
